Product Description

Earth torn apart by the claws of jackals chasing the moon, peony petals torn by the wind from the sea, and kites made of white feathers drifting above the waves furrowed by dolphins.

This is Histria, in the wild southeast of Europe.

With a pleasant ruby color, it welcomes you with a blend of spices and intense aromas of ripe cherries, currants and blackberries, accompanied by subtle nuances of chocolate and vanilla. The full and balanced taste reveals fine tannins with a well-integrated acidity, offering a harmonious experience and a long aftertaste. Ideal for appetizers, pasta with red sauce or oven-baked steak.

Obtained from grapes grown by the sea, the wine was created by fermenting the two varieties separately and searching for the perfect combination between the strong character of Fetestia Negre and the elegance of Merlot. Aged for 6 months in Romanian oak barriques, using a relatively low temperature for red wine fermentation (21 - 22 degrees C). The wine is characterized by fruitiness and elegance.
