The mane of waves weaves around it, fighting the fierce sun and dancing madly with the wind.

This is what the sand is like in Histria, here in the wild southeast of Europe!

A sunrise by the sea in all its splendor. Straw yellow color, crystalline and with a medium density. Intensely aromatic with notes that take us from white and yellow flowers, (sage and daffodils) to exotic yellow fruits (mango and papaya). Savory, balanced and harmonious, the acidity is counterbalanced by the ample body and the aftertaste is long. Recommended with seafood, fish and soft cheeses.

We gathered the best of the grapes grown on the shores of the waters that caress Dobrogea - Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc - grown on the seashore, Fetească Regală mirrored in the Danube. Fermentation was done with wild yeast, at low temperatures (13-14 degrees C) for a long period (28 - 30 days).
