Mirachi Sauvignon Blanc 2016 is a semi-aromatic wine, of light yellow colour with green hues. The wine was made from noble grapes, traditionally picked by hand and carefully selected exclusively in our own vineyard, on the gentle slopes of Dobrogea, near the ancient Greek ancient city of Histria on the Black Sea coast.
Once the short low temperature pellicular maceration and the gentle pressing were completed, the temperature-controlled fermentation followed. Alternatively, the wine was aged on the fine lees for 6 months to add richness, flavour and aroma complexity.
Mirachi Sauvignon Blanc 2016 is thus a dry white wine, with an alcohol content of 12.5%, clear and playful.
Its fresh aroma of tropical fruits is a perfect compliment to the surprising and delicate flavour of vine flowers. Both end in a long and plesant mouth filling citric and mineral crescendo.
At a serving temperature of 7°-9°C, this wine is best paired with fresh fish and seafood, Mediteranean or mildly spiced Oriental dishes.
