Ammos Blanc 2016 is made from semi-aromatic grape varieties of Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling. Once harvested, the grapes undergo a short pellicular maceration, followed by soft pressing and cold fermentation at 15-16 degrees Celsius.
After the primary fermentation, the wine is aged on the fine lees for 5 months to add richness, flavour and aroma complexity.
Ammos Blanc is a dry wine, with an alcohol content of 12 degrees, clear and brilliant, of yellow greenish hues.
On the nose you will be pleasantly surprised by its special aroma of wild flowers. The intense and balanced taste in Ammos Blanc teases the senses with its unique flavour of exotic fruits.
The pedoclimatic conditions and the marine climate have a significant influence on the exceptional quality of grape varieties that produced Ammos Blanc.
At a serving temperature of 8-10 degrees Celsius, our special premium Ammos Blanc is wondefully paired with a variety of dishes, from seafood and light Mediteranean dishes to a wide selection of appetizers such as ham and cheese snacks, foie gras and various salads.
